Say Cheese Returns/Refunds Policy

 

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act NZ to provide a remedy. However If you are not satisfied with the results of your purchase within Seven days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) you may return all or part of the order for a full refund or replacement. Refunds from credit card purchases will be refunded back to your credit card. Please note we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If the return is being made as a result of our error a full refund will be given if required or goods exchanged. Before returning any goods for exchange or refund please contact us by email or phone.
