Questions about Calendars
Can I send images on CD?
Yes. But you must label each image correctly so that we know which image is for which month. You MUST label each image like this: January's image should be called 001.jpg, February = 002.jpg, March = 003.jpg, etc. But as you are reading this online, why not place your order and upload your images now - and best of all, it's cheaper!

What format must the images be in?
Although we can accept pretty much any file format, we do recommend that images are in JPEG format. Your images must have a resolution of at least 640 x 480. The file size should be around 500kb to 1mb or mor to get thes best results.

What size of photo print can you use?
We can accept any normal photo size, but we do not suggest anything smaller than a 6 x 4, because when it is enlarged the quality decreases.

What does Portrait and Landscape mean?
We would advise that you choose photographs that are in a landscape format as opposed to a portrait format. The use of a portrait photograph will result in an area of empty white space on either side of the photo. We can place two portrait photos on one page if required.

What size are the calendars?
The calendar is made up of twelve (12) A4 pages, so when opened the size is 297mm wide and 430mm high.

Do I get my photos back?
Yes. If you have posted your images to the "Say Cheese..." Calendar team these will be posted back to you with your order.

How long will the order take?
From the day we receive your order, we guarantee to ship within 14 days, but the reality is that we normally make and despatch calendars within 2 or 3 days, greeting cards and bookmarks are the same and mouse mats take about a week to produce and despatch.

How can I place an order?

How will you know what photo I want with each month?
We suggest that you use Post-it notes on the back of each photo. Don't write on the back of the photo because the pen/pencil always leaves indents on the reverse side which will show up in production. Alternatively, if you choose to order online you will be able to select which photo should appear on each month of your calendar online.

How many cards in a pack?

There are 8 cards in a pack.

What size is the card?

The card is an A5 folded into an A6, which measures 105mm x 74.5mm

How much text can I have on the inside of my card?

Your main heading can be 30 characters and then you main message can be 450 words.

Can I have text on the front of the card?

If your image/photograph/drawing already has text on it, then there is nothing for us to do. However, we do not add text on to the front of the card.

Can the picture be a drawing?

Yes, choice of image is entirely up to you.

I have a black and white image is this ok?

Yes.

What if I only want one card?

Sorry, we only have packs of 8 cards.

What size are the bookmarks?

Approximately 200mm x 57mm.

Can my bookmark have a picture on both sides?

No, at this stage we can only offer a picture on one side.
