Questions about Mouse Mats
Can photos be supplied on CD?
Yes. Although we can accept pretty much any file format, we do recommend that images are in JPEG format. But as you are online reading this, you can place your order and upload your images online - and best of all it's cheaper!
What size photos can you use?
We can accept any normal photo size, but we do not suggest anything smaller than a 6 x 4, because when it is enlarged the quality decreases. Your images must have a resolution of at least 640 x 480. File size should be around 500kb to 1 mb to get the best results.
Are these mouse mats suitable to use with an optical mouse?
Yes. We have to date not had any problems using any type of mouse pointing device.
What sort of photo should I use, portrait or landscape?
We would advise that you choose a photograph that is in the landscape format as opposed to a portrait format. The use of a portrait photograph will result in an area of empty white space on either side of the photo.

What size is the mouse mat?
The mouse mat is 235mm wide x 185mm high.
Do I get my photos back?
Yes. If you have posted your images to the "Say Cheese..." team, these will be posted back to you with your order.
How long will the order take?
From the day we receive your order, we guarantee to ship within 14 days, but the reality is that we normally make and despatch calendars within 2-3 working days, greeting cards and bookmarks are the same and mouse mats take about a week to produce and despatch.
Do the mouse mats come in any other shapes?
Yes. We can make mouse mats in pretty much any shape you want, but there is a minimum quantity required to do this, which means that it normally only applies to companies or clubs who are looking to purchase a large quantity.
