Can I send images on CD?

You can place the order online, including paying for your items, and then send your images by CD. You can upload your images online if you want, or even send us the original prints. But, as you are reading this online, why not place your order and upload your images now - and best of all, it's cheaper!

What format should the images be in?
Although we can accept pretty much any file format, we do recommend that images are in JPEG format.  Your images must have a resolution of at least 640 x 480. Files should be around 500kb to 1mb to get the best results.

What size of photo print can you use?
We can accept any normal photo size, but we do not suggest anything smaller than a 6 x 4, because when it is enlarged the quality decreases. 
Do I get my photos back?
Yes.  If you have posted your images to the "Say Cheese..." team, these will be posted back to you with your order.

How long will the order take?
From the day we receive your order, we guarantee to ship within 14 days, but the reality is that we normally make and despatch calendars within 2 - 3 working days, greeting cards and bookmarks are the same, and mouse mats take about a week to produce and despatch.

How can I place an order?
You can either print off the ORDER FORM from this website and mail it to us with your photos and payment

If your images are saved on your computer in .JPEG format you can upload them to this website and make payment online - and best of all, it's cheaper to order online!

What size are the bookmarks?

Approximately 200mm x 57mm.

Can my bookmark have a picture on both sides?

No, at this stage we can only offer a picture on one side.
